Cowboys Range Pellets are a 20% protein range cube with added vitamins and minerals, made by Flint River Mills. They supplement brood cows, calves and bulls grazing dried grasses or poor quality roughage, helping improve weaned calf weights, cow condition and use of grass. They can be fed on the ground or in troughs.
- Crude protein: 20% min (includes not more than 10% from non-protein nitrogen)
- Crude fat: 2.5% min
- Crude fiber: 22% max
- Feeding rate: About 1 to 3 lb per head per day, depending on cattle class and forage
