Purchasing Firearms Online
It is illegal to ship firearms to anyone not holding an active Federal Firearms License (FFL). For that reason, firearms purchased online may be picked up at our store or shipped to an FFL (gun store) near you. We will contact and verify the FFL you select during checkout before we ship your firearm(s). Verification of identity is confirmed by a state driver’s license or ID at the time of pickup, and a background check is performed.
Firearm orders that are refused by the receiving FFL dealer or that fail transfer are subject to a 15% restocking fee, and the buyer is responsible for all shipping and handling costs.
Firearm shipping is calculated separately. Any FFL transfer fee is charged by and paid to the receiving dealer.
Returns
If you are not satisfied with your purchase, please contact us within 15 calendar days of purchase.
Sales on the following items are final:
Special orders and custom orders.
Products sold "as is" or "used," or that have been installed or used after receipt.
New and used firearms, including all NFA items.
Illumination devices, electronic sights and optics.
Ammunition, primers, gunpowder, black powder and Pyrodex, plus other hazardous materials like aerosols, fuel and flammables.
Clearance items.
Gas-powered equipment that has been used or has had fuel added.
General Firearm Sales
We ship only within the 48 contiguous United States. We do not ship to Alaska, Hawaii, U.S. territories, APO/FPO or PO Box addresses, or international addresses.
Shipping Guidelines
A. Orders to addresses outside the 48 contiguous states will be canceled and fully refunded.
B. We will not ship to APO, FPO, or PO Boxes.
C. We will not ship to international addresses.
D. We do not ship ammunition, primers, powder or magazines to California, New York, New Jersey, Massachusetts, Connecticut, Illinois or Washington, D.C. Orders to these areas will be canceled and refunded.
E. Expedited delivery can be requested on eligible orders (2-Day Air or Next-Day Air).
F. Expedited delivery is not available for products classified as HAZMAT Air. This includes but is not limited to ammunition, aerosols, any type of batteries, and products or kits that contain these items.
All firearms, magazines, receivers and restricted law enforcement items are sold and shipped in accordance with all existing federal, state and local laws and regulations. Many of the firearms, magazines and parts for sale on this website may be restricted or prohibited in your area. Please check your local and state regulations before ordering.
All new firearms are shipped in the original manufacturer's box, with magazine(s), accessories and applicable warranty. Firearms requiring warranty work must be returned to the factory within 1 year of purchase for repair. Accessories and special order items not normally sold by our store will not be covered under warranty even if these products are part of an integrated firearms package, unless we have guaranteed the entire package in writing. Please contact the original manufacturer for warranty information on all accessories and special order items.
Secure Transmission
All information collected during the checkout process is transmitted via industry-standard Secure Sockets Layer (SSL). A Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) Certificate creates an encrypted link between a website and a visitor's web browser. This link ensures that all data passed between the website and the browser remains private and secure.
Order Fulfillment
All orders are shipped promptly from our warehouse or in-store inventory within 3–10 business days using UPS, FedEx, or USPS. Tracking numbers are available for items shipped via UPS and FedEx.
If an order is delayed or an item becomes unavailable, we will contact you, and you may cancel for a full refund, including shipping.
Online Price & Description Errors
Our online inventory changes every day. Occasionally an item may appear on the site by mistake or the item's description may contain a typographical error. We do not guarantee that titles, descriptions, pictures or prices on our site are error-free. We reserve the right to refuse any order including but not limited to orders for items with errors in the description or price. In the event that we cancel an order, we will not charge the customer's credit card or we will refund the money.
Ammunition Purchases
You must be 18 or older to purchase rifle or shotgun ammunition and 21 or older to purchase handgun ammunition. Ammunition ships UPS or FedEx Ground only. Firearms ship UPS or FedEx to an FFL, with handguns by Next Day Air. Nothing ships by USPS. Adult signature (21+) is required for ammunition and firearm deliveries. Always make sure to use the correct ammunition for your specific firearm. Check your local laws for any other regulations.
