Shipping Information

Here’s what to expect when you order online from Green’s Outdoors & More.

Processing and Carriers

Orders ship from our warehouse or in-store inventory within 3–10 business days using UPS, FedEx or USPS. Tracking numbers are available for items shipped via UPS and FedEx.

If an order is delayed or an item becomes unavailable, we will contact you, and you may cancel for a full refund, including shipping.

Shipping Costs

Shipping costs depend on the weight and size of the items in your order and the shipping method you choose. Available shipping methods depend on the items you buy and where they are going, and some items may offer only one method. Your total shipping charges are calculated at checkout before you complete your order.

Where We Ship

  • We ship only within the 48 contiguous United States. We do not ship to Alaska, Hawaii, U.S. territories, APO/FPO or PO Box addresses, or international addresses.
  • We do not ship to APO, FPO or PO Box addresses.
  • We do not ship to international addresses.
  • Orders to addresses outside the 48 contiguous states will be canceled and fully refunded.
  • We do not ship ammunition, primers, powder or magazines to California, New York, New Jersey, Massachusetts, Connecticut, Illinois or Washington, D.C. Orders to these areas will be canceled and refunded.

Expedited Shipping

Expedited delivery (2-Day Air or Next-Day Air) can be requested on eligible orders. Expedited delivery is not available for products classified as HAZMAT Air, including but not limited to ammunition, aerosols, any type of batteries, and products or kits that contain these items.

Firearms

  • Firearms ship only to a licensed FFL dealer in your home state. You can also pick up your firearm at our store.
  • We will contact and verify the FFL you select at checkout before we ship your firearm.
  • You must be 21 or older to purchase a firearm. At pickup, you will need a valid state driver’s license or ID, and a background check will be performed.
  • Firearms must be purchased in a separate order from other items.
  • Firearm shipping is calculated separately. Any FFL transfer fee is charged by and paid to the receiving dealer.

Ammunition

  • You must be 18 or older to purchase rifle or shotgun ammunition and 21 or older to purchase handgun ammunition.
  • Ammunition ships UPS or FedEx Ground only. Firearms ship UPS or FedEx to an FFL, with handguns by Next Day Air. Nothing ships by USPS. Adult signature (21+) is required for ammunition and firearm deliveries.
  • Please check your local laws for any other regulations before ordering.

Large and Oversize Items

Some large or oversize items are available for in-store pickup only or may need a special freight shipping quote. Please call us at 386-755-5390 for a freight quote.

Damaged Shipments

If your order arrives damaged, please contact the carrier or reach us through our Contact Us page. Damage must be reported to us within 5 days of delivery. Please keep the original box and packing materials for the carrier’s inspection. Customers are responsible for the cost of shipping returns back to us, unless the item arrived damaged in shipping and was reported within 5 days of delivery.
